Laugh-Out-Loud Programmer T-Shirts
I’m going to come out and say it. Possibly the most outlandish claim I’ve made on this blog. I claim that programmers have a sense of style and a sense of humor.
Don’t believe me? Either look around your office or at the contents of this post. T-shirts are a great way of letting people know how amusing you are and this post is a great collection of the most hilarious coding t-shirts available.
So, without further adu here are the best coding T-shirts available for sale at a software dev T-shirt emporium near you.
The least you could do is scroll down the page and read the article to see them all.
The Movie Reference
Probably works better if you have a child. Or if you’ve seen ancient films.
Still, since the movie is highly regarded, you’re also showing your taste in that media and therefore also your efficiency. Well done you!
Parenthesis Matching
You’ll know you’ve made a “special” friend if they question you as to why the message on the shirt won’t compile.
Just stay safe, and don’t exchange phone numbers with people obsessed with your clothes.
The Band Pun
It’s not Run DMC, you see. It’s not 1988 anymore so you might struggle to find any active developers who understand this. Doesn’t mean that it’s not worth trying, though.
Boolean Logic
Schrödinger’s cat? You just need to hint at quantum physics with a t-shirt like this one. That’s because it either does or does not make sense to your intended audience.
I hope you understand that reference.
Boolean Logic II
Funny is very subjective. Hopefully your colleagues at work will laugh at this one though!
Control Freaks
Personally, I think the writing should probably be under the CTRL image. I guess it wouldn’t read as a sentence in that case though?
This one probably isn’t suitable for Mac users either, who are more used to that squiggle thing.
Grammar Issues
I’m not saying they’re wrong or that this isn’t funny, but Google does have a capital letter and surely QA should have picked this up?
Inaccurate
This might be funny, but it’s certainly a cliche? I actually admit I don’t know 3 people, so feel seen.
Wrong
I think that this particular t-shirt is very funny. Partly because I don’t make any coding mistkes, so can appreciate the humor in this.
IP Addressing
I think we all appreciate the image of the house here; it really brings the joke home. Personally, I’d write localhost, but I think the joke still works.
Conclusion
Those colors are an interesting choice, but it’s still nice to have a bright t-shirt for a bright day.
Remember, kids. Any day is a good day to code.
