I’m starting a blog about the world inside software development from some of the largest companies in the world to startup businesses on the fringe of worldwide success.

Through a decades-long career these posts will give an insider’s look into the unseen world of software development. From toxic work cultures, gender barriers and grand incompetence this is a great read for those both in and out of the software development industry.

I shouldn’t be revealing what happens in the offices of software companies in America, Europe and Asia. I’m going to tell you the real story.

Who am I?

I’m someone who works, and has worked for some of the largest and most important companies on the face of the planet (as well as a few that you’ve not heard of). I am what I’ve always been; honest, fearless and opinionated and want to take you past the plush entrances and table-tennis receptions into the highs and lows of software development.
